| All the students enrolled in IIPM”s International programmes with Global Certification or with International Exposure, compulsorily visit various locations in USA/UK/mainland Europe/Asia for a period of 12-14 days as a study tour known as GOTA. |

| Professors from the top 20 B-Schools and universities of the world representing institutions like Harvard,Columbia,Wharton, Stanford,Yale,Stern,Chicago,LSE,Oxford,Insead and IMD have regularly taken interactive sessions with IIPM students across all the centres.They also conduct joint corporate workshop along with IIPM”s senior most internal faculty members. |

| GSEP(Global Student Exchange Programme) |
| Students from leading institutions of higher learning in Europe/America/Asia visit IIPM regularly to experience a whole new learning process, as a part of IIPM”s Global Student Exchange Program. Visiting students stay over for a priod ranging from 15 days to 3 months,attending lectures along with IIPM students.These students also participate in various cultural and sporting activities on campus. |

| IIPM Internal & Visiting Faculty: |
IIPM has one of the largest faculty size in terms of numbers. IIPM”s faculty have enormous exposure to consulting through out South Asia through its consulting arm Planman. Through Planman Consulting, the Institute”s industry interface allows students to benefit from real time engagements across industries. Most of the regular faculty members of IIPM have great exposure with the various fortune -500 companies training their top CEO”s and the various other Managers.
Continuous Innovation has been the hallmark of IIPM faculty”s teaching various new subjects like Executive Communication and others.
The faculty associated with IIPM maintains an exceptional standard in conducting leading edge research that is directly related to course development.
Every year new dimensions are added to the existing class material. Research has helped IIPM develop its own subjects like “Beyond Principles of Management and Economics” wherein students are taught concepts like survival of the weakest and the law of increasing marginal utility.
IIPM has developed its own model to calculate the contributions of each member of the society in order to create a just and equitable society. Ever since its inception,the faculty focus has been on aspects oriented towards creation of a more happier as well as a growth oriented society.
