ICHE (IIPM Centre for Higher Education) is an educational initiative under the aegis of one of India’s largest multi interest consulting conglomerates, Planman. (Sister concern of IIPM).After being associated for over a decade, with the world’s largest business school, The Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Planman decided to carry on the legacy of IIPM and hence ventured into various Undergraduate and Post Graduate programmes in management, through its educational services initiative - ICHE. It envisages opening windows of opportunities for freshers and working executives in the areas of HR, Marketing, Marketing Communications, Finance and IT.

The various programmes offered by ICHE are a reflection of Planman’s expertise in the different management domains, gained over the years through its numerous industry based consulting assignments.

Currently ICHE offers full time MBA and BBA programmes, with the students having the flexibility of choosing an area of specialisation in their final year. The specialisation courses are offered by one of the six centres of ICHE - Planman HR Academy, Planman Marcom Institute, Planman Financial Research Institute, 4Ps Business & Marketing Academy and Planman Technologies & Advanced Learning Institute.

Our focus is to lay a solid foundation in the students’ areas of interest, on which they can stand firmly and build a career. We are confident that the impact of each programme will leave behind an indelible mark in the minds of the students, as the lectures are delivered by professionals who have behind them years of academic and practical experience in the respective fields. Their approach towards the subjects is mostly case based, helping the students in grasping the finer concepts more efficiently and connecting well with the real world.

B.B.A Courses Offered By ICHE:

3 Years full time Integrated Program:(BBA+MBA)This program is unique in many ways. As a student, one saves 2 precious years of one”s career. After successfully completing this program, students first get eligible to get the BBA degree. Students soon also get eligible to get the PG degree after 2 years of working in the industry. The various specialization options available to the students include Marketing, Media, HR, Finance or IT. The degree is from MS University.

3 Years full time undergraduate degree:(BBA) ICHE offers a 3 years full time UG program in Planning and Entrepreneurship. During the first year, students get exposed to conceptual understanding of various fundamentals of management and business processes. In the second yr, further advanced courses are taken up, while in the final yr,students opt for specialization in either Marketing, Media,HR,Finance or IT. A compulsory component of the curriculum includes Executive Communication, a communication cum personality development course,which is spread across all the terms.The degree is from MS University.
